ENGAGED EMPATHY & SOMATICALLY INFORMED SPIRITUAL GUIDANCE
I offer half hour or one-hour sessions where I hold you in compassionate inquiry into what it is that is up for you. I actively listen, ask questions, and provide any guidance that arises intuitively to support you in navigating life's challenges and deep soul questions.
WE need to be deeply seen and heardMany conventional conversational habits are not often received as empathy, and yet, they are often all that is available to us when we really need to be heard and understood. Sympathy allows the listener to remain distant, and often piggybacks with pity. Empathy begins with a willingness to feel, to feel into another, and to connect deeply with whatever is moving within the person. |

the only moment we are truly alive is this moment, right nowSometimes we need to allow the stories to spill out of us and be received with compassion and empathy. The crossroads of where our psychology meets our deeper nature is often accessible when we've emptied out our stories. Then in the clear space of that empathy, we can again hear the wind rustling in the trees, inviting the chimes to sing. We unburden our hearts and open to our essential selves. |
"Telling your story is a powerful way to bring yourself to the edge of your reality, where you are fully present to your emotions and thoughts and can progress from there with all of your resources." Thomas Moore, Life at Work
